FACT CHECK: Wall Street Journal Editorial Debunks Right Wing Lie About Employee Free Choice

The Wall Street Journal’s editorial board is no friend of workers, but in an editorial against the Employee Free Choice Act, they concede that one of the things that corporate interests have been saying over and over again about the bill is simply not true. As the editorial states: “The bill doesn’t remove the secret-ballot option from the National Labor Relations Act.”
The lie that the bill eliminates the secret ballot has become the central argument for the bill’s opponents, and having it rejected by the The Wall Street Journal is a positive development.
